Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. brown sugar
5 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 c. rolled oats
1/2 to 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine margarine, brown sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and add.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough overnight preferably.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cookies just start to turn brown on the bottom (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Do not let cookies overbake.
They can get very hard.
