Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, melted
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 dozen eggs, beaten
    20 large flour tortillas
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a casserole dish, combine Velveeta, salsa and sausage. Cook eggs (do not add salt) in lightly oiled skillet.
    Add eggs to cheese mixture.
    Warm flour tortillas according to package directions.
    Place 4 to 5 tablespoons of mixture in each tortilla and roll up.
    Place on platter.
    Serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
