Beef An Louse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. tomato juice
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation

Cook in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
Brown the ground beef and onion.
Drain off grease.
Add to the ground beef and onion the Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and egg noodles. Cover and stir occasionally until the egg noodles are tender. Remove from heat; stir in the sour cream.
