Quick Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cocoa in a saucepan; stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
    Add butter and evaporated milk.
    Turn up heat, add vanilla.
    Serve over vanilla ice cream or cake.
