Frances' Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients.
    Add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Dice eggs and add to mixture.
    Toss gently. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and chill for 3 to 4
    hours.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
