Lodge Of The Four Seasons Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 (No. 10) cans red beans, rinsed
    5 lb. bacon, chopped
    5 lb. onions, chopped
    3 lb. brown sugar
    2 gal. barbecue sauce
    2 to 3 c. mustard
    12 to 16 oz. jar molasses
    salt and coarse pepper
    1 bottle liquid smoke
Preparation
    Saute bacon and onions.
    Caramelize with brown sugar.
    Add other sauce ingredients.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir sauce into beans.
    Bake (or place covered pans on side of grill at barbecue stand!).
    Makes 300 servings.
