Hungarian Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken livers, cleaned
    1 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 diced onions
    2 tsp. bourbon
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Saute livers and onions together; let cool.
    Grind and add 2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Shape into your favorite mold and chill.
    Unmold and top with grated egg.
    Serve with crackers.
