Salinas Valley Special Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (reserve liquid from 1 jar and discard the other)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
8 oz. sharp Tillamook cheese
4 eggs
2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Pour reserved artichoke liquid from 1 jar into skillet and saute garlic and onion until soft but not brown.
Beat eggs.
Add bread crumbs, garlic, onion, seasonings and parsley.
Stir in cheese and chopped artichokes.
Pour mixture into a greased 7 x 11-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cut into cubes and serve warm.
