Granny'S Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and warm water.
    Set aside.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Add yeast mixture and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Turn out on floured surface.
    Knead about 1 minute.
    Roll or pat out and cut into biscuits.
    Bake in preheated oven after allowing to rise a few minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    This dough keeps well in refrigerator for weeks.
