Minute Steak Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces cubed steak, cut in julienne strips
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/4 cup salad oil
    2 green peppers, cut in julienne strips
    1 cup biased cut celery
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup cold water
    3 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into eights
Preparation
    Season meat with garlic and ginger.
    Heat half of the oil in a skillet, add meat and brown quickly on all sided.
    Remove meat and add remaining oil, heat and add peppers and celery.
    Cook until slightly tender, about 3 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch and cold water and soy sauce.
    Add to skillet and cook, stirring until mixture thickens.
    Add meat & tomatoes.
    Heat.
    Serve with rice and pass the soy sauce.
