French Canadian Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. hamburger
    2 small chopped onions
    2 small pkg. frozen corn, cooked and drained
    thick mashed potatoes
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger and onions. Drain.
    Place in the bottom of a deep dish pie plate or casserole dish. Top with corn. Top with mashed potatoes and egg mixed together.
    Spread like icing to seal the top. Sprinkle with a touch of grated American or Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 400\u00b0 until potatoes are slightly browned.
