Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices buttered toast, cubed
2 lb. pork sausage
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 qt. milk
8 eggs
salt and pepper
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Line greased casserole with bread cubes.
Brown and drain sausage.
Place layer of toast, then sausage, then cheese.
Repeat the process until all is used.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Add milk.
Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Top with cornflakes.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0.
