Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. strawberries, washed, capped, sliced and mashed
    9 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Put all in big pot and bring to boil.
    Boil at a full rolling boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Skim off foam.
    Jar and seal.
    Makes 5 pints.
