Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. alum
1/2 c. salt
3 1/2 Tbsp. oil
food coloring
1/2 to 3/4 c. water

Preparation

Mix together flour, alum and salt.
Mix oil with a few drops of food coloring.
Add to dry ingredients.
Add water slowly, working in only as much as needed to make dough.
Store in airtight container.
Makes 1 pint.
