Easy Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs (large)
    1/3 c. oleo, melted
    1/4 c. Pet milk
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Add oleo, milk and lemon juice; mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after addition.
    Pour filling into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool and chill before serving.
