Banana Breakfast Bars(Serves 12 To 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soft margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cream sugar, margarine and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add flour and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. They can be frozen.
