Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 carrot, grated
    2 slices bread, soaked in water, pressed and pulled into pieces
    5 green peppers
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except green pepper and tomato sauce.
    Cut the tops out of the green peppers and clean the insides of the peppers.
    Fill peppers with the ground beef mixture.
    Cover the tops of the peppers with tomato sauce and bake at 325 degrees for approximately one hour, or until meat is cooked through.
