Toasted Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    left-over cornbread
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut left-over cornbread into serving-size pieces.
    Split each piece through the middle.
    Lay cut-side down in medium hot iron skillet with melted butter.
    Toast until brown and crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Turn and toast other side 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve hot.
