Hot Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cucumbers
3 qt. water to 1 qt. vinegar
1 c. ice cream salt
2 hot peppers per qt.
1/2 tsp. dill weed or seed per qt.
1/8 tsp. powdered alum per qt.
clove of garlic per qt.
Preparation

Slice
cucumbers in quart jars.
Add hot peppers, dill, garlic and alum.
Pack tightly in jars.
