Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated and drained zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Stir in oil, sugars, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Stir in raisins.
    Spoon into two well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour (until center springs back when touched).
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool. Freezes well.
