Pistachio Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. oil
2 c. mashed bananas (about 4)
5 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation

Line 2 loaf pans with wax paper and grease the sides and the paper or spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
