Harold'S Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 large bananas
    1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple or 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook raisins in 2 cups of water until all the water is gone.
    Chop bananas and set aside with raisins. Mix remaining ingredients with a spoon.
    When well mixed, add raisins and bananas.
    Bake in a greased and floured 9-inch round or square cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
