Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thick pork chops
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. diced apple
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Stuff each chop with this mixture.
    Place in shallow greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender.
    Yield: 2 servings.
