Encore Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground round
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. diced green onions
    2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    8 oz. size medium noodles
    2 1/2 qt. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in skillet and brown meat.
    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
    In a bowl, cream together the cheeses, sour cream, onions and green pepper.
    Cook noodles with 2 tablespoons salt for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain noodles and toss with melted butter.
    Put half of noodles in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
    Cover with cheese mixture.
    Top with other half of noodles.
    Pour meat sauce over top.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
