Party Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
finely chopped walnuts or pecans (approximately 1/2 to 1 c.)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; mix until blended. Add all other ingredients, except nuts.
Chill cheese mixture for several hours.
Shape into a ball.
Roll in chopped nuts.
