Southern Style Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, margarine, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat.
    Stir until smooth.
    Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly in a buttered 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cool; cut into squares.
    Yield:
    2 dozen.
