Pronto Pizzas Deluxe(Serves Six) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 small leeks (white part only), sliced crosswise
    2 large red bell peppers, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    2/3 lb. turkey Italian sausage, casings removed (about 6 small)
    2 (1 lb.) pizza crusts (like Boboli)
    1/2 c. olive paste *
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
    2/3 c. chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add leeks and bell pepper and saute until just tender, about 8 minutes.
    Add crushed red pepper and stir 30 seconds.
    Transfer to plate.
    Add sausage to skillet and cook until no longer pink, crumbling with fork, about 4 minutes.
    Transfer to another plate. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead; cover vegetables and sausage separately and chill.)
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place pizza crusts on pizza pans or baking sheets.
    Spread 1/4 cup olive paste over each.
    Top with cheese.
    Divide sausage and vegetables between pizzas.
    Bake until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
    Top with basil.
