Salmon Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    5 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove skin and large bones.
    Break in pieces. Saute artichokes in melted butter 5 minutes.
    Place artichokes and salmon in casserole.
    Mix sour cream, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour mixture over salmon.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
