Acapulco'S Refried Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. cooked and mashed pinto beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat bacon drippings and add flour. Stir until flour is browned.
    Add mashed beans and seasoning. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. If beans seem dry, add some bean broth to make beans creamy. Serve as side dish or filling for taquitos.
