Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. rice
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 large sliced onion
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in deep skillet.
    Add tomato juice, onion, green pepper, salt and rice.
    Cook on high heat until steaming. Turn to low heat; simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
