Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except carrots and blend.
    Add grated carrots to batter.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Use rectangular pan or two layer pans.
