Seafood Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese (try fat free)
    1 can crabmeat or shrimp or combo or 6 to 8 oz. cut up crabmeat substitute
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix together the cream cheese, crabmeat, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pack into lightly oiled small ring mold or rounded bowl.
    Refrigerate until serving time.
    Surround with crackers or lettuce.
    Serve Cocktail Sauce.
