Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw chopped potatoes
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook first 8 ingredients for 15 minutes or until tender.
    Add milk to flour until smooth.
    Add to vegetables and heat until thick.
    Add cheese.
    (Omit flour if you prefer not so thick.)
