Strawberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
    1 c. ice cubes
    1 c. fresh, canned or frozen berries
    1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour boiling water into blender; add Jell-O and blend at low speed until dissolved.
    Add ice cubes and stir until partially dissolved.
    Add berries and Cool Whip.
    Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.
    Pour into mold or individual dishes. Should set in 30 minutes.
