Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, well beaten
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. Carnation
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix in order given by hand or mixer.
    Put on floured board and knead until not sticky.
    Pinch off in pieces the size of plums. Roll and cut by a saucer.
    Place cold filling on half of circle and fold over.
    Press edges together with fork.
    Drop in hot oil and brown.
    Makes 15 pies.
    This recipe will serve 15 people.
