Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cocoa with evaporated milk in saucepan over low heat.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat quickly until smooth.
