Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Alaskan salmon
1 egg
corn meal mix
vegetable oil
Preparation

Empty salmon into large bowl.
Skin and remove bones from salmon.
In separate bowl, whip egg.
Pour into salmon and mix well.
Add enough corn meal mix to make consistent.
Cover spooned salmon lightly with corn meal mix.
Place into large skillet with hot vegetable oil.
Fry on medium to medium-high heat until brown on both sides.
Watch closely as it will burn easily. Be sure to keep plenty of oil in skillet at all times.
