Marinade For London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 c. wine vinegar
pinch of oregano, ginger and marjoram
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except onion.
Layer half of the onion on bottom of shallow baking dish.
Place London broil cut, or flank steak on top.
Layer remaining onion slices on top of meat.
Pour marinade over all.
(It should cover half the thickness of meat.) Marinate 3 to 24 hours; turn meat halfway through time.
Grill meat and broil to taste.
Refrigerate leftover marinade to use again.
