Rotel Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 to 1 can Ro-Tel (suit our own taste)
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can English peas
1 stick margarine
7 oz. pkg. spaghetti
Preparation

Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper.
Cook until tender.
Add cheese (cut up) and stir until melted.
Add Ro-Tel, chicken and cooked spaghetti.
Stir really well.
Gently fold in English peas so that you don't smash them. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until starts turning brown on top.
