Christmas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    11 1/2 oz. milk chocolate chips
    2 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole milk
    1 c. butter
    25 large marshmallows, cut up
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a very large pot or pan, combine butter, milk, vanilla, sugar and marshmallows.
    Heat until boiling, then 2 minutes more. Marshmallows must be melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Baker's chocolate; stir until melted.
    Add semi-sweet chocolate; stir until melted.
    Add milk chocolate; stir until melted.
    Immediately pour into two 13 x 9-inch pans, lined with wax paper, and place in refrigerator to cool.
    Cut into small squares the same day.
    Store in cool place or refrigerator.
