Hamburger-Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini or yellow squash (or both)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. pimento or chopped red peppers
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut squash into cubes, cook until tender; drain.
    Brown ground beef in oil, drain.
    Combine with squash and remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
