Crock-Pot Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    16 oz. diced tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    rice
Preparation
    Cut the steak into thin strips.
    Dredge in flour, salt and pepper, then combine steak and the rest of the ingredients in the crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 1 hour, then cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
