Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, quartered
    8 small whole onions
    2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 Tbsp. minced dried onions
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place meat cubes, dry onion, garlic, oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Coat meat with marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Arrange tomato, meat cubes, green peppers and whole onions on a skewer.
    Place skewers on red hot charcoal. Broil for 5 minutes on one side, turn and broil over coals for 5 minutes.
    Skewers should be 3 inches from coals.
