Pork Roast And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork roast
    salt and pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans kraut, partly drained
    1 medium sliced apple
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Rub salt and pepper into pork.
    Combine remaining ingredients in bottom of Dutch oven or casserole.
    Place roast on top of mixture.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers desired doneness.
    Slice pork to serve with kraut.
