Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. water
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook first four ingredients until thick.
Add egg yolks slowly to thickened mixture and cook mixture again.
Add vanilla and butter.
Cool completely.
Add coconut as desired.
Line pan with bananas.
