Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (not packed)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and salt
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. drained, mashed sweet potatoes
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat eggs, sugar and oil, then add alternating with water until well mixed.
Stir in sweet potatoes.
Grease 4 coffee cans or large loaf pans and flour; fill half full.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for
1 hour or until bread pulls away from sides of the pan.
Use coffee cans to store bread.
