Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine sugars, oil and eggs.
    Beat until well blended.
    Sift together flour, salt and spices and mix well.
    Stir in raisins, nuts and flour.
    Spoon into well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and center cracks open.
    Turn onto rack, cool and slice.
