Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk hot sausage
1 lb. bulk mild sausage
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cheese, then browned sausage.
Blend eggs and 2 1/2 cups of milk; add mustard.
Pour over ingredients in pan.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Just before cooking, blend soup and 1/2 cup milk.
Pour over cold casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
Yields 6 servings.
