Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium-size ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans plain or jalapeno bean dip
1 c. chopped green onion
3 medium-size tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 cans pitted black olives, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium-size bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In another bowl, combine sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
