Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend flour and shortening.
    Mix egg, water and salt together. Work into flour mixture.
    Store in refrigerator or roll into 3 crusts and use or store in freezer.
    Yield: 3 crusts.
